An exotic, revisited menu.

If you thought you were eating traditional eggs-bacon-and-potatoes, you’ve come to the wrong place. Here, Mexican chef Karl Guzman brings you a whole new brunch experience, with a menu inspired by the whole of Latin America and dishes from the Land, Sea and Garden.

Here are just a few of the dishes you’ll find on the menu, to get your mouth watering:

  • Tropical French toast: Brioche bread, maracuya cream, pineapple compote, cinnamon and rum, seasonal fruits, crispy coconut, caramel burst and edible flowers.
  • Las Papas Benditas: “Hash brown” with panko-crusted pork belly and cardamom, chimichurri, pan-fried mushrooms, perfect eggs, chicharrón.
  • Molito amarillo à la Montréalaise: Pancakes stuffed with a sautéed mix of northern shrimp, tomato, onion, chili, corn and cilantro, bathed in yellow mole (amarillito), cheese costra, grilled corn and pumpkin seeds.

    As a brunch lover myself, I can tell you that I was impressed by the quality of the ingredients, the flavors, the quantities, and the culinary works of art on my plate.
