This new Montreal brunch spot is fast becoming a must! At Piel Canela, you’ll discover a new culinary experience featuring the flavors of Latin America.
An exotic, revisited menu.
If you thought you were eating traditional eggs-bacon-and-potatoes, you’ve come to the wrong place. Here, Mexican chef Karl Guzman brings you a whole new brunch experience, with a menu inspired by the whole of Latin America and dishes from the Land, Sea and Garden.
Here are just a few of the dishes you’ll find on the menu, to get your mouth watering:
- Tropical French toast: Brioche bread, maracuya cream, pineapple compote, cinnamon and rum, seasonal fruits, crispy coconut, caramel burst and edible flowers.
- Las Papas Benditas: “Hash brown” with panko-crusted pork belly and cardamom, chimichurri, pan-fried mushrooms, perfect eggs, chicharrón.
