Cosy decor and tasty cocktails
The speakeasy’s Art Deco inspiration and subdued lighting give Magpie Magique a warm, intimate atmosphere. Indeed, the refined decor, punctuated by touches of gold and velvet, evokes the charm of yesteryear revisited with a touch of modernity.
The cocktail menu is a veritable invitation to travel, with original, tasty creations such as the Negroni, Mai Tai, Daiquiri and Lemon Drop. Alternatively, you can be surprised by cocktails not on the menu by asking one of the waiters or waitresses. The talented and passionate mixologists are happy to share their knowledge and compose tailor-made cocktails for each customer.
What I liked:
The subdued red lighting creates a bewitching, comforting atmosphere. The music is well-chosen and, unlike other speakeasies, here the volume allows you to hear yourself speak. To try on the menu: popcorn with truffle oil, honey and Parmesan, and goat’s cheese with Naan bread.
